The secluded resort, part of a timeshare complex, offered a spacious 2-bedroom suite ideal for our group of four, featuring comfortable amenities and breathtaking mountain views from the balcony.Despite communication being solely via email or phone, the staff efficiently handled our queries, albeit the disappointment of the pool and Jacuzzi closure due to maintenance issues. However, the prompt offer of a refund or cancellation option showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction.The resort's spa facilities, including the outdoor hot tub and sauna, provided a serene escape, complemented by free WiFi and a year-round outdoor pool for leisurely relaxation.
